Senior sports trader Dylan Brossman said FOX Bet has taken Super Bowl futures on all teams, but the Bears have taken the least amount of money followed by the Seahawks, Falcons and Giants.
“At this point, we’re not looking at any extremely large bets on any of these teams, but we have placed a handful of $50 bets that would pay $5,000 at 100-1,” Brossman said.
Just because a team has a bad straight-up (SU) record doesn’t mean you can’t make a profit. FOX Sports research found that the best team to bet against the spread (ATS) last season of those nine teams was the Lions, who went 11-6 ATS.
Meyer said most money bets on the Falcons and Bears over/under (O/U) in win totals are on the bottom.
“Not only do the Bears have the most money among any NFL win totals at Caesars Sportsbook, but it’s by a pretty wide margin,” Meyer wrote. “The Chicago under has raked in 67% more money than the next closest team, the Falcons (O/U 5). Other than the Falcons, the Bears have raked in at least twice as much money as any other team.”
